Email aaxpocreation@gmail.com. Include the app version, iPhone/iPad model, approximate time of the problem and a short description. Include a report reference for safety issues. Never send account passwords, sign-in codes, session tokens or private keys. Opening the email link creates a draft in your email app; you still need to send it. This page does not submit a support form.
How to play
Sign in, find a match or create a room, then share the six-character room code with friends. Participants take turns choosing from server-provided prompts and drawing while others guess. Accurate guesses earn more points; close answers can earn partial credit. The artist also earns points when others solve the drawing. Select difficulty before a match.
A match can start with three participants. When practice-player fallback is enabled, automated participants can fill empty seats. They use timed responses and pre-recorded drawing paths; they do not recognize what you draw.
Troubleshooting
- Players missing? Each human needs a separate signed-in Figureout account. Two devices using the same sign-in account share one player identity.
- Cannot reconnect? Check internet access, reopen the app and use the same account. An expired room cannot be restored; create a new one.
- Sound quiet? Check silent mode and the in-app sound controls. Background music is softer during gameplay.
- Apple and Google sign-ins are separate identities; use the same provider to return to the same account.
Safety, privacy and deletion
Use Player safety inside a room to report or block another player. Use the top-right account menu on the home lobby for permanent account deletion. The linked Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines explain the information processed and your options. Contact support if those controls fail.
